Thank you for deciding to order our products. Below are our shipping details to help you understand our shipping policies when placing your order.

United States Postal Service Shipping Disclaimer

Please be aware that although the United States Postal Service is sometimes a less expensive method of shipping, we have experienced some problems with shipments (lost, damaged, etc.).The United States Priority Mail service does not guarantee delivery time nor does it provide tracking.

Please keep in mind that if you choose the United States Postal Service as your method of shipping, EO Products will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend packages that are lost or damaged. You assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. We suggest our regular FedEx shipping choices when at all possible in order to ensure recourse for lost or damaged packages.

Policy:

  • Free shipping is offered on orders over $75! (prior to shipping).
  • Sanitizers are currently unavailable to ship outside the continental U.S.
  • In stock orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Orders placed after noon on Friday will be processed on Monday.
  • At present we are currently unable to ship outside the United States.
  • Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and as such we are unable to ship to post office boxes.
  • We do not ship 3 BUSINESS DAY delivery in California since most orders will arrive in 1-2 business days via regular ground shipment.
  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US Virgin Islands will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.*
  • 2 Day and Overnight guaranteed shipping by Fed Ex is available at an additional cost.

* All Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and US Virgin Islands are subject to a $15 shipping fee.
