Sales Analysis Assistant


Responsibilities:

  • Managing and forecasting sku’s for sales team.
  • Forecasting and managing promotional sales & spend for sales team.
  • Look for opportunities for the sales team based on trends & gaps.
  • Reporting on sku movement and sku sales monthly.
  • Ensure export orders are fulfilled according to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate off price/private label sales with VP of BD, enter orders.
  • Inventory coordinator for sales.  Communicate with Sales Team about any inventory or OOS issues.
  • Primary sales team liaison with manufacturing & shipping to ensure timely and complete shipments.
  • Keep key account list updated for direct accounts.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from internal customers
  • Enterprise system point person for the Sales Team.
  • Back up to Customer Support.

Qualifications:

  • An independent, organized self-starter who can assess needs and deliver results
  • At least 2 years experience in a sales support role.  BA/BS or equivalent
  • Advanced in Excel
  • Experience with database/CRM software & reporting options
  • 40+ wpm typing and 10 key proficiency
  • Warm and friendly phone presence with ability to handle all customer types

Outside Sales Representative


We’re seeking an experienced outside sales rep to be the face of EO, and sell, service and train our retail accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell new products, line extensions of both EO & Everyone brands.
  • Meet monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain relationships with customers.
  • Service stores with testers/samples.
  • Train store staff on products/EO story.

Qualifications:

Quality Control Inspector


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the routine inspection and sample collection of incoming materials including, but not limited to liquids, powders, labels, packaging, and containers against standards/specifications.
  • Conduct testing and/or compare samples to standards to ensure items meet specifications.
  • Maintain logs and all related documentation according to the SOP's and GDP's.
  • Input data into spreadsheets or database programs.
  • Maintain lab equipment utilized in proper working order.
  • Routine auditing of production line process.
  • Planned inspections of scaled raw materials for accuracy in compounding.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience working in a QC role
  • Prefer cosmetic or food experience
  • Intermediate computer skills including Word and Excel. Must be able to utilize computer to enter and track data
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills. Self starter, must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to read and follow documents (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Good math skills plus the ability to convert between Standard and Metric systems
  • Must be able to lift and/or move 50 lbs

Maintenance Mechanic


Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and fix equipment, to eliminate downtime and maintain safety.
  • Training on new equipment for production and sanitation departments.
  • Ongoing training on equipment set up and safety.
  • Order parts and coordinate repairs in a timely manner.  Be able to communicate with outside tech departments, like Grainger & McMaster Carr.
  • Follow & ensure compliance on all Safety procedures including chemical & material handling, Material Safety Data Sheet instructions, Code of Safe Practices, LOTO, and all safety programs.
  • Ensure equipment is in safe working order.  Schedule & ensure ongoing preventative maintenance programs, logs, and inspections.
  • Help maintain parts inventory and an organized manuals database.
  • Help keep maintenance department clean and organized.
  • Be conscious of and follow all quality control/quality assurance procedures.  Work with lab and production personnel as required & necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or Technical Degree preferred
  • 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in the application of Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Prefer a background working with batching and mixing processes in a manufacturing environment, including foods or specialty chemicals.
  • An independent, organized self-starter & team player who can assess needs and deliver results
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Bilingual a plus

Compounding Technician


Responsibilities:

  • Mix, blend, cook, pump, and perform all tasks related to completing all required compounds while meeting all specifications.
  • Complete all required documentation including measurements, temperatures, specifications and other documentation as required.
  • Perform all tasks as required to maintain accurate inventories.
  • Understand and practice the safe use and proper operation of steam pressurized blending kettles including the proper use and testing of all related safety devices.
  • Be conscious of and follow all quality control/quality assurance procedures.  Work with lab personnel to test as required.
  • Maintain area sanitation and cleanliness at all times. Follow all sanitation operating procedures
  • Understand and follow all Job Orders to obtain daily production goals.
  • Follow and ensure compliance on all safety procedures including chemical and material handling, Material Safety Data Sheet instructions, use of personal safety equipment and other as instructed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Understanding of application of Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Prefer a background in cosmetics, or in chemical compounding, an industrial kitchen, steam kettles or related experience
  • An independent, organized self-starter and team player who can assess needs and deliver results
  • Proficient in weights and measures
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Forklift experience preferred

Product Development Project Manager

We’re looking for an organized self-starter to manage our definition, development, and implementation of new products for EO and Everyone Brands.  Lead a process with Sales and Product teams to strategically market the right product with the highest quality, in the most appropriate packaging, targeted for the best placement, at the most appropriate price.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate product development projects.
  • Source and negotiate pricing on packaging and key ingredients.
  • Ensure timely submissions for third party certifications.
  • Manage project budgets and prepare financial analysis for review.
  • Continuously research new opportunities and help coordinate marketing materials.
  • Monitor industry developments and identify new product opportunities.
  • Coordinate with R&D to develop the highest qualtiy products and packaging.

Qualifications:

  • A BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of experience in managing the development of consumer product goods, CPG
  • Proven expertise in vendor relations and negotiation
  • A passion for the cosmetic/personal care/natural industry
  • The ability to manage and drive a project from conception to completion
  • Project Management Certification a plus
  • An understanding of the science behind the products
  • Proficient use of project management tools including Microsoft Office
  • Incredible communication skills
