Inside Sales / Telemarketing Representative
Are you a motivated & successful sales professional? Accustomed to assertive out-bound telemarketing phone sales? A strong closer?
We're seeking proven inside phone salespeople to join our team and call upon established client lists. We can offer you base + unlimited commission, competitive benefits, internal sales training, and a casual fun environment to work & grow.
Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales and performance metrics by calling on and closing leads.
- Maintain account and opportunity updates within our internal sales force automation system.
- Provide feedback to sales team and management regarding customer needs or suggestions.
- Make approximately 80-100 outgoing sales phone calls per day.
- Improve placement through optimal product mix and support programs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in meeting sales goals, preferably through the phone.
- Sales experience within the natural industry a plus.
- Experience leveraging CRM tools or familiar with Goldmine software.
- Highly motivated with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
