Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil

Bergamot is a top note and blends well with geranium, juniper, lavender, black pepper, and rosemary.

Blending Factor: 7-8

(What is a blending factor? A 1-10 scale indicating the aromatic strength of each essential oil. 1 = the oil is more potent and you need less of it. 10 = the oil is less potent and you will need more of it.)

Bergamot reminds us to lighten up and laugh. When life gets too serious, lighthearted Bergamot is a wonderful oil to diffuse. Bergamot is especially useful in spaces that feel tense or stale.

We choose to scent our products exclusively with pure essential oils, and never with synthetic fragrance or parfum. This means the people who work in our factory won’t ever be exposed to toxic levels of byproduct ingredients like phthalates or acetone. When you choose natural scents, you help everyone live healthier lives.

How to use
  • • Add to a diffuser to naturally scent any space.
  • • Create your own natural perfume with your favorite combination of essential oils. Blend into a base oil (like jojoba or sweet almond) and fill a small, glass bottle.
  • • Drop directly on shower floor while waiting for the water to warm up. Let the steam release the oils and transform your shower into a spa.
  • • Blend into body oil or lotion to enhance its scent and aromatherapeutic benefits.
  • • Drop directly into bath water for an aromatherapeutic soak.
  • • Add to a compress submerged in a bowl of warm or cold water. Ring out, drape across your forehead, and breath deeply.
  • • Remember, essential oils are very concentrated. A little bit goes a long way. Start with one drop at a time. Essential oils should always be diluted to enjoy safely.
