I'm interested in becoming an EO partner. How do I set up a wholesale account?
Thank you for your interest. Please fill out our Direct Account Application intake form. Once it’s approved, someone from our Sales Department will contact you with wholesale pricing information.
How will I place orders going forward?
Existing accounts will receive an email from EO Products to the email address you have on file with us with instructions on how to create an account to the web portal. If you’d like to change the email we have on file for your account, please complete this form.
What is the discount I get through this program?
As reflected on the new portal, all of our partners receive wholesale pricing, which is 40% off of retail. In exchange, we require that our partners incorporate the product into marketing plans (emails, social posts, etc) at least quarterly.
How can I make sure that EO Products has the right email address on file for my account?
You can update the email address on file by completing this form.
Can I ship to multiple locations on the same order?
You cannot ship to multiple locations from the same order, but you will be able to place location-specific orders on the site.
Who will I contact if I have questions about the program?
Emailing B2B@eoproducts.com is the best way to make sure that your questions are answered quickly and thoroughly!
Can I expedite orders?
We have ground shipping available as the standard order option for our partners, which reflects our best negotiated rate to ensure a high quality of service at a reasonable cost to you.
What if I’m placing a large order?
If you’re placing a large order that would qualify for freight shipping, you’ll be automatically prompted at checkout to contact our internal support team at EO Products; we’ll work with you to get a freight quote.
What if I am not able to justify continuing to do business with EO Products given these changes? Are there any exceptions?
After conducting a thorough analysis of our business, the structure we’ve outlined is the best path forward when holistically evaluating what makes sense for our partners and for us. We understand that these changes may lead you to explore other vendor relationships, and we are deeply grateful for the relationship we’ve had - and hope to continue - in the future.
