For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returned merchandise after it has left the custody of our warehouse. This includes all products, even if they are unopened or unused. Please consider donating unwanted products to your favorite organization.
If an item was shipped in error by EO Products, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us along with a photo and order number so we can correct the issue for you.
Refunds & Replacements
Be sure to inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any issues with your order please notify us within 14 days of receiving it. A proof of purchase such as an order number or retailer receipt will be required for refund, replacement or credit.
We’re happy to reship any items that were damaged in transit at no extra cost. Please send a photo of the damages to email@example.com.
Refunds are processed back to the same method of payment used when the original order was placed. Refunds include the purchase amount and any applicable taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
