Returns and replacements

Your happiness with our natural products is extremely important to us. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 14 days of receiving it. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, which you can obtain by contacting us.

If the item you want to return was shipped in error by EO Products, we apologize for the inconvenience and will arrange to pick up the product(s) at no cost to you. 

We’re happy to reship any items that were damaged in transit at no extra cost. 

For any other returns, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost. When returning products, please use a method that offers tracking services to ensure their arrival.

Refunds are processed back to the same method of payment used when the original order was placed. Refunds include the purchase amount and any applicable taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Refunds will be issued once the returned goods are received at our warehouse.
